I run my phone on a de-Googled operating system, message over Signal, and self-host as much as I can. That's not a marketing position, it's just how I prefer to live, which made the state of web analytics hard to ignore.

The privacy-friendly tools are genuinely good, and they deliberately stop at traffic reporting. The behavior tools show you replays and heatmaps, but leave you without real analytics, and most of them belong to companies whose business is something other than your privacy. So you end up paying multiple vendors, pasting multiple scripts, and checking multiple dashboards to answer one question.

OptikAnalytics is the platform I wanted to use. Privacy-first by default, with the behavior data available when you decide the tradeoff is worth it. On a per-site basis, in one place, for one price.

It's run by one person. For you, this means no ticket queue, no offshore tier one, and no account manager who has to ask engineering. You email, and the person who built this site writes back. It also means I'll tell you plainly when another product fits you better.
